In the Establish Package, I asses your current structure and operations, but take things a step further to help you establish new and efficient processes to improve your company’s current work load. I look at how all departments and systems function together; what areas are running smoothly and what areas can be improved. If need be, I help train your staff on your newly established system(s).

• Assess Company (Learn the inner workings of operations, financial tracking, product development, service offering, and management.)
• Based on assessment, make refinements to improve operations; creating efficient system(s).
• Operation’s Flow Chart - Articulate improved operation’s system and management.
• Operation’s Flow Chart Explanation – Visual explanation of processes and management functions, resources handling each function, and how each function corresponds with other’s routines and functions.
