• Assess Company
• Based on assessment, make refinements to improve operations; creating efficient system(s).
• Operation’s Flow Chart - Articulate improved operation’s system and management.
• Operation’s Flow Chart Explanation – Visual explanation of processes and management functions, resources handling each function, and how each function corresponds with other’s routines and functions.
• Design & Develop New Functions. Included but not limited to depending on your company industry:
• Information Technology (Internal Systems, Software Development Tracking & Management)
• Human Resources (Build Department, Processes, Systems)
• Finance & Administration (Build Department, Processes, Systems)
• Employee Development & Retention (Employee Training On New & Existing Functions, Career Development Etc., Cross Functionality)
